Kathleen, a life-long New Yorker, has lived in Manhattan for over 30 years where she has raised her three children. A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology of the State University of New York, Kathleen worked for a major Fifth Avenue Department store in the buying and merchandising division for 17 years, culminating in her leadership of its entire women’s ready-to-wear division as General Merchandise Manager and Divisional Vice President. This experience has allowed her to develop exceptional business, managerial, and customer service skills.
Kathleen has successfully owned, managed, bought, and sold numerous real estate properties. She has completed extensive renovation and restoration projects on many residential and commercial properties. She has worked in interior design and has created exceptional spaces for private and commercial clients.
Along with a finely honed esthetic, attention to detail, and fierce determination, Kathleen’s experience enables her to identify and provide unparalleled services to customers and clients alike with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
