Jack Alvo

A dynamic, experienced project finance executive with over 20 years of Wall Street and real estate expertise. With considerable talent in networking and forming collaborative alliances, Jack has served as an entrepreneurial consultant to several start-up organizations, including VoteAir, TLR Energy, and CityWorth, focusing on corporate strategy, engineering process, and marketing sector research.

What Jack remembers most and will always be grateful for, however, during his days working on the 73rd floor of the World Trade Center, is surviving the terrorist attack on 9/11. As a survivor he has inspired many, and enjoys a reputation for honesty, integrity and building strong, lasting relationships.

Jack has established connections with major media outlets and journalists from CBS Morning News, CNN, New York Post, UK Telegraph, etc., who have frequently interviewed him as the go to expert on the street in matters relating to finance, real estate, and transportation.

Jack, together with his wife Debra and their two children, Julian and Carly reside on the fashionable Upper West Side of Manhattan. As a native New Yorker, he knows and understands the complex real estate market that is also the heart of the nation's business and cultural community. When not hard at work, Jack enjoys taking full advantage of city life and is a passionate golfer.
