Having traveled the world, discovering uniqueness and variety in international architecture has sparked a fire in Tugba. Her extraordinary experiences abroad created the foundation for her real estate interest and her ability to market properties in order to highlight all of its unseen assets.

Her eye for style and design gives her the upper hand when it comes to working with her clients. She has a passion for discovering hidden gems in the city, and looking past what meets the eye. Through this passion and talent, she is better able to reach out to clients and present to them listings with great unseen potential.

Tugba's dedication to art and architecture originated from her upbringing. Her parent’s positive theory on travel, and their career in construction, created a union that she has incorporated into her career and love for the real estate field. Through various trips abroad, especially Asia, she was able to better see and understand the diversities in the great cities, and be able to appreciate more her surroundings in New York. She says. "I enjoy strolling through the city looking out and up to see the beauty in our surroundings, taking notes of exceptionally historical or esthetic buildings to research the background and history at a later time”.

Despite her travels, New York has been Tugba’s home her entire life. She loves meeting new people, and getting to know them as a person and friend prior to making any transaction even a possibility. She will take the time to learn your likes and dislikes in order to take the burden of "the search" away from you. By doing so she continues to surpass her client's expectations. Her exceptional knowledge of local index, and market trends, and her admirable negotiating skills is what she relies on for returning clients and referrals.

Prior to real estate, Tugba pursued work in the media industry where she collaborated alongside producers to turn comics into television series, many of which are currently on the air. Having received a BS in Nutrition and Food Sciences from the CUNY School of Public Health at Hunter College, and excelled so quickly in a field beside her area of expertise at the time, proves she is a fast learner, and dedicated in making strides in any field she is in.

Beyond work, she enjoys discovering new dive sites around the world, cooking various foods picked up on her travels, and canvas painting through her visions of art in her surroundings, mixed with the abstract thoughts of her mind.
