Michele Gradin

Having worked in the industry for many years gives Michele a broad perspective in terms of different property types, and seasoned experience in finding just the right fit for her clients. As a New York real estate specialist, she specializes in sales in the Upper East Side of Manhattan where she resides, as well as various neighborhoods downtown and throughout the city.

Michele also has extensive knowledge of the Hamptons market having lived in Southampton for 17 years. She further honed her expertise working with residential developers in Vancouver, British Columbia for five years, overseeing marketing and leasing.

A native of Vancouver, BC, Michele graduated from the University of British Columbia with a B.A. degree in Psychology and began her career in the wine industry. She became a sales manager at EJ Gallo, then went on to start several business: an art internet company, an email marketing company, and a marketing firm specialized in marketing and leasing residential developments.

Michele has lived in New York City since 2003 on both the Upper West and Upper East Sides. She equally enjoys spending time at her second home in Southampton. Her passions include nature, art, architecture, design, fashion, paddle boarding and tennis.
