Jin is your ears and eyes when it comes to the NYC real estate market. She specializes in the sale of condos and co-ops in Manhattan, new construction, as well as townhouses. Jin delivers expertise in all areas of the process including seller representation, buyer representation from first-time buyers to foreign buyers, property management and investment properties. Jin works with her husband John and they both share the enthusiasm and love of the city in driving their business. She feels so blessed to be part of the ever-changing NYC real estate market, “which is the sexiest and most thrilling in the world!” Jin was born in Korea and raised in Bayside, Queens. She attended SUNY Geneseo and Stonybrook University, and have over 8 years of experience as a paralegal. She currently lives on the Upper Eastside with her daughter and son and a cat named Geppetto. She loves animals, the NY Yankees, reading, playing golf, chess, pool and poker.
