Shachar, a native New Yorker, offers a cutting edge yet refreshingly charming approach to streamlining the real estate process. He sees tremendous value in treating each person and their business as if it were his own.
Shachar's unique approach involves stepping away and putting himself in the customer's shoes before making any decisions. Essentially, he puts in the work even before the real work begins. This has shown immense benefits to his customers as they quickly learn to trust his hands-on approach.
Having worked with a wide variety of clients in this ever-changing market, Shachar understands each client's needs and time-sensitive search. He values being prepared and available at all hours. Today his clientele remains loyal, highly sophisticated, independent people who move at a fast pace and rely on him to keep up. Results of his hard work have garnered him the best marketing he was – word of mouth.
"Yesterday's home runs don't win today's game. Every client deserves to feel like they are being fitted for a custom suit. I want to bring that experience to life in their real estate needs, and add value and knowledge with a personal touch to each transaction."
Born and raised on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, Shachar graduated with Honors from Rutgers University with a Degree in Communications. Prior to joining the Ariel Cohen Team, Shachar worked on the commercial side of real estate as well as the residential side with two other prominent Manhattan brokerage firms. Shachar began his professional endeavors blogging for various NBA websites, managing a catering program for private schools, and representing athletes to find them suitable overseas teams as a sports agent. He possesses and continue to fine tune his ability to mingle with local and international circles, which has proven to be a great asset in his real estate work.
While Shachar welcomes and thrives on competition, he would never want to miss a moment to make his clients laugh. He is personable, knowledgeable, efficient and tech savvy, and a dedicated family man outside the workplace.
