Catherine Mailloux Deane

Having lived both uptown and downtown, Catherine has a working knowledge of the city’s neighborhoods from east to west. Since moving to Manhattan nearly 15 years ago, she has spent the majority of her time living in the Village and her areas of expertise are the West Village, Greenwich Village, and SoHo.

Highly intuitive, tenacious, and results-driven, Catherine has worked as an award-winning advertising and marketing executive for luxury companies such as L’Oreal and De Beers. Her listening, relationship building, and organizational skills have been great assets throughout her career and she is known for her reliability and discretion in representing buyers and sellers.

Born in Vietnam and raised in Massachusetts, Catherine has also lived in Paris, Buenos Aires, and Bahrain. She thrives on meeting new people and learning different cultures. As a graduate of Tufts University with a degree in International Relations, she has an innate passion for travel, but she always loves returning to the city and to her home in the West Village.

In her spare time, Catherine enjoys practicing yoga, exploring NYC's culinary scene, and being a mom to her 3 year old labradoodle. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
