Megan is also in-house Sales Executive for one of the most anticipated projects coming to Fort Lauderdale – The Terraces . Additional record-breaking sales in Coral Springs and Beachwood Heights include a sale that brought in the highest price in Chevy Chase in over a decade.

Born in Parkslope, Brooklyn, New York, real estate has been a part of Megan’s life from a young age. Hailing from a family of Developers in New York City, Megan grew up splitting her time between New York and Florida, absorbing all the of the details that create two of the world’s most desirable locales to live, work and play. Outside of her professional endeavors, Megan enjoys exploring the newest local hotspots and elusive hidden gems and spends her free time snorkeling in the ocean, attending concerts and partaking in health and wellness activities, including yoga and dance classes. A lover of travel and different cultures, Megan has lived in Barcelona, Spain and Paris, France.
