Dan began his career with the New York Yankees in Corporate and Community Relations, working diligently to establish close relationships with shareholders and various community-based organizations. He also managed the Yankees partnership with the Make-A-Wish Foundation which connects Yankee players with children who have been diagnosed with critical illness.
Following his success with the Yankees, Dan opened a children’s store in Manhattan where he grew a start-up venture from the ground up, into a successful business. Dan’s passion for sales and marketing, along with his natural ability to form strong relationships, translates directly into business.
Dan brings his comprehensive past business experience and his demonstrated sales and marketing formula, to the real estate business. He understands that purchasing a home or a commercial property is a pivotal moment and an important financial decision. Dan has purchased real estate for himself, and as a former business owner, he understands the requirements of commercial real estate buyers or renters.
