When it comes to deep roots, Hamptons real estate agent Linda Casinover is the epitome of a Hamptons native. As a 4th generation native of Sag Harbor, Linda grew up in a close-knit community where at least three sets of cousins were right down the street. “When I grew up you knew everyone,” says Linda. “Even with all of the summer rentals and vacation homes you still see lots of familiar faces in Sag Harbor and East Hampton. The Hamptons will always be home to me.”
As time went by, she moved a bit east and put down roots in Springs, East Hampton in 2000. Now, she is near the beach and enjoys the benefits of a coastal lifestyle. “I love to go down to Maidstone Beach with my grandkids. I drive on and stay all day.”
Linda’s career path to real estate began as a paralegal focusing on real estate law and estate planning. “I got into real estate because of my family. They had homes to sell and I got into the business.” says Linda. From there her real estate career and her buyers network grew as she moved into property management. “I sold the homes and units that I managed. Homeowners trusted me to take care of all the details.” That attention to detail and close connection to her clients and customers are the keys to her success in the Hamptons real estate market.
Over the course of her career, Linda sold many homes and properties. She specializes in condo and co-op sales in East Hampton. Looking at the state of the real estate market, Linda syas “The condo market in the Hamptons is strong right now.”
