Penelope Lambrakis

Penelope (Penny) Lambrakis joined Douglas Elliman as a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate, bringing with her solid expertise of over 10 years in residential real estate on the North Shore of Long Island.

Amiable and enthusiastic, Penny dedicates herself to meeting the expectations of the most selective buyers or sellers. She applies diligence, skill and strong interpersonal and organizational talents to achieve her customers' and clients' real estate needs.

Penny enjoys being an effective real estate expert and team player, attentive to the various goals and diverse requirements of those she works with. She enhances her productivity through innovative negotiations. Detail-oriented and mathematical, Penny also has a strong appreciation for accuracy and efficiency.

Penny brings with her a unique perspective and background into her profession, having been born and raised in Africa, while also fluent in Greek. She is a graduate of Athens University, Greece and of Queens College, New York, where she additionally earned a degree in Psychology.

Penny continues to pursue continuing education in her field, having most recently attained a certificate from the Graduate Realtor Institute of the National Association of Realtors in 2008 and Accredited Byers Representative in 2011.

She remains energized and motivated not only by her desire to continue developing her expertise, but also my devotedly training in yoga during her personal time.
