Thomas Scott

Thomas Scott is a life-long Rockland County resident with a vast knowledge of the real estate market throughout region and surrounding towns. He brings more than a decade of experience navigating all aspects of the home buying and selling process, in addition to specializing in identifying value-add investment opportunities.


Thomas is also a seasoned developer and has purchased, renovated and sold numerous properties throughout the area. With this experience, he is uniquely positioned to advise buyers and sellers on various technical aspects of a property, navigating the inspection process and the possibility of improvements that can be made to a home, along with estimated costs of completing such work.


Thomas is a member of the Village of Hillburn Volunteer Fire Department and former law enforcement officer with the Rockland County Sheriff’s Department. He is a graduate of Ramapo College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Criminology.
