Rosanne Bordes

Rosanne began her real estate career in 2003, where her impact was immediate, earning her the Rookie of the Year award. After four years of sales success, she was recruited to work as an onsite Sales Manager for a large development community in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Rosanne has since managed other new developments, most notably the 42-unit luxury Christie Place Condominium in the heart of Scarsdale Village. She made the advantageous move to Douglas Elliman to provide her clients a full suite of real estate services, complemented by the company’s incomparable reach and resources.

Rosanne takes great pride in bringing the utmost level of service and satisfaction to every real estate transaction, whether it be managing multi-million-dollar luxury developments or buying and selling homes. Her wealth of experience, passion for real estate and extensive knowledge of Westchester County make her an invaluable advocate for her clients.

Prior to real estate, Rosanne was an accomplished sales executive in the travel industry, working for Wyndham Hotels in their luxury resort division, and before that, for an airline and tour operator. During this time, she had the opportunity to travel extensively to Europe, South America and the Caribbean. When her youngest son was born, Rosanne took a few years off to spend time with him then decided to transition her skills to the rewarding field of real estate.

Rosanne is the mother of two grown sons, both of whom were educated in Westchester County. She currently resides in Chappaqua and previously lived in Mamaroneck for 35 years. Rosanne is fluent in Italian, and relatable to all cultural backgrounds when it comes to fulfilling your needs!
