Lori grew up on the South Shore of Long Island and enjoys everything island living has to offer. Often after school or work, she'd walk, roller-blade, bike ride or drive, making her way to the many beaches, parks, vineyards, a ferry or the Dock of the Bay. The ingrained-outdoor lifestyle gave Lori a profound appreciation for the diverse natural surroundings on both North and South Shores including the Hamptons and the North Fork.
She attended Adelphi Business School and after graduating at the top of her class, Lori began her career as an Accounting Professional, as a single Mom, and worked as Administrative Assistant to the Vice President/Owner of Four Seasons Solariums. She was promoted from within and was offered an executive position in Toronto, becoming the Executive Assistant to the Director of Franchise Operations, bringing her then 2nd grader to a new country for an exciting opportunity in Canada. Lori's key roles were to develop the Canadian franchisees from training to sending experts to their locations; tackled day to day issues with tenacity and patience and ran the Canadian Corporate office all while finding time on Wednesday afternoons and Saturdays to go yachting on Lake Ontario with her daughter.
She started a construction company too, because adding a custom solarium or addition was increasing the value of the real estate, and only skilled, trained professionals were permitted to build and service the solariums. Lori is an expert listener and skilled people person and she takes a personal interest in every one of her clients.
