Daniel Patterson, was born into real estate. Raised in Massapequa, he has an intimate knowledge of the South Shore. Having his mother as his mentor, Elaine Patterson, with more than 25 years in the business, he receives the best guidance and vision everyday. For years, he had helped out behind the scenes on many of his mother deals before he was licensed. Officially joining the real estate industry in 2016. Determined to have a long and prosperous career.

With a Bachelors Degree in Business & Marketing earned at SUNY Old Westbury College, Daniel takes a serious approach to marketing. With the high demand in internet marketing, both his business and technology skills help lead this new generation to success, whether it be buying or selling real estate today. He has a keen eye for detail and is a perfectionist at heart. Finding your dream home, or buyers, becomes his mission. Daniel is a great communicator, that gives undivided attention and commitment to his work.

When Daniel is not out buying or selling houses, he has many hobbies that he takes quite seriously. From spending hours perfecting his piano playing, to pushing himself to bike 100 miles. Competition is second nature to him. Always trying to perfect the perfect, and find better ways to accomplish a task.
