Having been involved with the sales of his own restaurant/bars. He was able to understand the needs/requirements and concerns of business owners who were looking to sell. This eventually led to other commercial real estate related transactions involving landlord rep for vacant retail, office and medical spaces. As well as exclusive right to sell commercial properties from the Hamptons to the Burroughs.
Establishing a vast amount of contacts in his personal and business world, He was able to connect buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants with many successful transactions since his introduction to the world of commercial real estate. Over the years with Douglas Elliman, He has established great relationships with our residential agents. He regularly work with many on referral business which he believes is an invaluable and important component of his business.
