Lawler has been a Westchester resident for over 25 years, initially as a second-homeowner from New York City before moving to South Salem full-time with her husband and two children. After leaving a career in banking, where she focused on client management and asset-backed finance, she embarked on her “second act” as a real estate professional.
Her background in corporate finance coupled with a deep love and knowledge of the area has given her unique skills in negotiating the varied terrain of Northern Westchester real estate. She is known for quickly “getting” her clients, intuitively understanding what they need and what they like, so no one’s precious time is wasted. And once that perfect property or buyer is found, her years of negotiating complex loan transactions ensure that initial offers become final sales.
Lawler has a Masters of International Affairs from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs and is a graduate of Tulane University and the London School of Economics. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
