Being a lifelong Long Island resident, Daniel's interest in real estate started at a young age, learning from his father building spec homes. His first full time job at 12 years old was actually on his uncle's construction crew so real estate is deeply ingrained. Since then, Daniel has acquired a vast amount of new construction knowledge and a long list of qualified professional contacts.
Daniel is an entrepreneur and, from a young age, owned and operated a wholesale/retail family-owned jewelry business. That taught him many negotiating skills and holding more than 17 years of sales experience, Daniel develops vital relationships focused on customer service and network building.
Daniel is also a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
