To Jessica, every client is equally as important, and every relationship is genuinely valued. “The client experience is paramount to me,” she says. “ At its core, the real estate industry involves properties, but is truly a people business. As such, I seek to build relationships that are rooted in honesty, trust and respect.”
Since 2015, Jessica has specialized in residential sales and rentals, as well as commercial sales and leasing in both the Westchester and New York City markets. Yet her true forte is understanding her clients’ needs, and matching them with the right properties at the best possible value.
Jessica applies a high degree of professionalism to her real estate practice to serve your buying and selling needs. She enjoys sharing her market insights and expertise, to empower clients and help them make decisions with more clarity.
A lifelong resident of New York, Jessica is originally from Westchester, lived in Manhattan for 14 years and has been back to Westchester for the past couple of years. She is very knowledgeable of real estate in both desirable locations, and has owned in both places for over a decade.
Jessica holds a BA degree from the University of Rhode Island, with a major in Fashion Textiles, Merchandising and Design with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. She has always been in sales throughout her entire career which in the past included eyewear and now both commercial and residential sales. She loves meeting new people every day and being apart of the process to find what people are looking for.
When collaborating with her real estate clients, her advice is to stay patient and trust the journey. With excellent communication, follow-up, full transparency, responsiveness, and attention to detail, your experience will be nothing short of rewarding.
Her hobbies include fitness, interior design, spending time with her family, and volunteering to help wherever she is needed.
