No one will work harder to assist you with your real estate needs than Paul Orenstein. Having come from humble beginnings, Paul was raised in Brooklyn by a family that focused on the values of honesty, integrity, and going that extra mile whether you are recognized for it or not. As part of the third graduating class at an experimental high school in Coney Island, with a positive-psychology based curriculum, Paul became a motivated self-starter at a young age. An overachiever, Paul not only excelled at his studies but mastered the clarinet, going on to play at Carnegie Hall. After graduating Adelphi University with a Master’s in Social Work, Paul went on to apply what he learned in behavioral sciences to selling; first in local retail, then antiques, and now in real estate. He spent thirty-five years in local retail and was the Principal Owner of two prominent antique importing businesses in the Hamptons. He has also bought, sold, renovated, and fully furnished multiple investment properties throughout the Hamptons, New York City, and Florida. He has been involved in numerous design projects and renovations from Manhattan to Florida. His design sensibilities have also been utilized by local and national charities throughout designer show houses such as Kips Bay, Hamptons Designer Show House, and Traditional Home. In addition to these many achievements, Paul sat on the board at New York University, Manhattan’s, National Foundation for Facial Reconstruction for six plus years, assisting in the coordination of life changing and lifesaving services to those in need. Paul’s philanthropic passions include improving the lives of children and active participation in the LBGTQ youth center at the Whaler’s Museum in Sag Harbor.
