Deborah Fugazy

Deborah Fountain Fugazy grew up with the best inspiration, coming from a family in real estate since 1962. With her father a broker and former Dean of the North Carolina Realtor's Institute, she has a unique understanding of the business and appreciation of community. A Westchester resident for 30 years, Deborah enjoys selling wonderful homes in great communities throughout her market, and working with a diverse clientele to help them achieve their dreams.

A native of Wilmington, North Carolina, Deborah grew up on the wonderful Intracoastal Waterway. She holds a BA in English from UNC-Chapel Hill, and worked in public relations and fundraising prior to entering real estate. Deborah resides on Lake Isle, Eastchester. In her spare time, she is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, volunteers for community schools, institutions and businesses, is involved in the Council of the Arts, and is a proponent of green building and healthy living.
