Deborah Fountain Fugazy grew up with the best inspiration, coming from a family in real estate since 1962. With her father a broker and former Dean of the North Carolina Realtor's Institute, she has a unique understanding of the business and appreciation of community. A Westchester resident for 30 years, Deborah enjoys selling wonderful homes in great communities throughout her market, and working with a diverse clientele to help them achieve their dreams.
Patience, perseverance and professionalism define Deborah's style. She loves being of assistance to others in any way she can, as evidenced by her previous public relations and community service work, and feels that everyone deserves their own special place to call home.
Deborah believes in doing things the right way. "This business is about knowledge as much as it is about integrity, character and respect, and I provide that kind of top-notch service to every client." Specializing in Westchester and the Sound Shore area, she will help you find or sell your special luxury home or condo in such desirable locations as Scarsdale, New Rochelle, Eastchester, Pelham, Bronxville, Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Rye, Harrison and White Plains.
Deborah's attitude is one of openness and constant learning. She excels at communication, and thrives on challenges and creative thinking. Deborah asks and answers this question every day. "What is a great Realtor? I feel it is one who senses her client’s “needs and wants” then does everything within her power to find that perfect home or to sell their home while protecting her client’s interests. For Buyers, she follows their sense of style and she works with them at their pace. For sellers, she brings their home to life with precise wording and excellent photography, thus capturing the emotions and attention of the perfect buying family.”
“In helping you, I derive the greatest pleasure.”
A native of Wilmington, North Carolina, Deborah grew up on the wonderful Intracoastal Waterway. She holds a BA in English from UNC-Chapel Hill, and worked in public relations and fundraising prior to entering real estate. Deborah resides on Lake Isle, Eastchester. In her spare time, she is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, volunteers for community schools, institutions and businesses, is involved in the Council of the Arts, and is a proponent of green building and healthy living.
