Nikola Cejic -- This is me. I was born in Vrsac, Serbia in Summer 1996. Yes, I am Generation Z.
In 2008 I moved from Belgrade, Serbia to Johnson City, outside Binghamton, in Upstate New York.
I was recruited to SUNY Morrisville to play football and lacrosse. There I received my Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
Since I was twelve years old, I have worked in construction, both independently and with my family -- I built my parents' house. Coming from a construction background gives me a stronger understanding of houses, what fits people's needs, and potential hazards to avoid as a buyer.
Real estate has been a lifelong interest of mine. I bought my first rental property during my senior year of high school.
Outside of real estate, I take pride in doing construction and home improvements. Whenever I have the chance, I help out the community in any ways I can bring value.
You will find me always looking to build relationships, learn, and always willing to teach others. My teammates kid me about being so friendly and extroverted. I just like people. Earning my clients' trust and respect is my number one priority; I do not view a deal as just another transaction. Each opportunity to make someone's dreams come to fruition is exciting. For my clients, my large network of friends, colleagues, and industry contacts enables me to cast a wide net to sell any property.
Whether you are searching for a great investment, dream property, or wishing to sell, my competitive mentality and knack for details is always at your disposal. My goal is to serve my clients by offering white-glove service and tenacious representation.
