Lew is a lifelong Westchester resident who grew up in New Rochelle and has lived in Pelham, Larchmont and Mamaroneck, his current home. He possesses extensive market knowledge, as well as 20 years of real estate experience as an Associate Broker, Urban Planner and Real Estate Developer with expertise in urban and suburban real estate development including high-rise residential, luxury and affordable townhouses, and new communities.
Lew’s education and background make him uniquely qualified to both identify and objectify a client’s needs and desires, encompassing the areas of architecture and design. He holds a Masters of Urban Planning, and worked as Vice President of Development for three large real estate development firms where he planned, designed and implemented the construction of several thousand housing units in Westchester, Putnam, Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Bronx.

He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors and Westchester County Board of Realtors. He and his wife educated their children in the Westchester school system, and have long been active in community affairs through youth services and the arts.
