With over 25 years of real estate experience, Billee Spodek specializes in high-end residential sales. After many successful years in the business as a top producer, she joined the Douglas Elliman family. A long time resident of Old Westbury and East Hills, Billee is highly knowledgeable about homes specializing in surrounding neighborhoods including all the Brookvilles, Muttontown, East Hills, Roslyn, Locust Valley, Matinecock, Woodbury and Mill Neck.

Billee graduated Roslyn High School, she has a Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University in environmental design, with a minor in architecture. Having this background uniquely qualifies her to advise clients regarding both the aesthetics of luxury properties and the potential for properties in need of renovation. Additionally she has helped her clients to stage their homes, enabling them to sell faster and at a much better price.
