Paul Loeb

Paul Loeb was born and raised in Greenport. Paul began selling real estate on the North Fork in 2006. To date, Paul has sold 149 North Fork properties. 70 of them were in Greenport.

In the past, Paul has purchased, renovated, rented and sold both single and multi-family homes on the North Fork. Several of these were older homes in need of major work. Paul prides himself in saving them and returning them to vibrant, usable properties in the community for everyone to appreciate and enjoy.

In addition, Paul has worked on a variety of computer programs for a number of corporations in Manhattan. Paul has an understanding and appreciation of the corporate workplace and structure as well as how technology can assist in the sale and/or purchase of real estate.
