I focus on YOUR results, not mine. I work for a hedge fund that sells houses, so I know how to effectively price your home. I don't underprice. I list at the top of the range of appraisers. Often, your local agents get lazy and underprice too much, to minimize time on the market. Maybe it's in the seller's best interest, if time is of the essence, but often leads to self-dealing on behalf of the listing agent. I try to keep the house on the market for at least 2 weeks, to get necessary exposure and MAXIMUM results!
When not working or spending time with my family, I play tennis 4 times per week. I am constantly looking for a challenge in tennis, investing in businesses, and flips. But my main passion is for selling Long Island real estate and making real estate connections with people that last!
