Kimberly Hayes

Born and raised on the East End of Long Island, Kim has always loved the East End local community and is delighted to share this passion with others looking to move to the area. Kim has worked in the hospitality industry which provided the opportunity to value attention to detail, gain skills in working with people and cultivated a love for interior design. Living on the South Fork and spent time working on the North Fork, benefited Kim by giving her the chance to explore and get to know both communities while also helping her to understand the perspective of home buyers looking to live in these areas. Familiar with what perspective buyers are looking for, Kim also uses this insight to help her sellers prepare the home for selling and is available to assist them throughout the process. Kim aims to provide the best experience for her clients whether they are buying or selling a home. Having patience and attention to detail is something she values and puts into practice daily. Kim is a team player and enjoys being a part of helping her clients and customers start a new chapter in their life.  

Loving everything the East End has to offer, Kim enjoys spending time with family, friends and her rescue dog, Tillie, going to the beach and spending time outdoors all year long.
