Dioni specializes in residential and commercial real estate in neighborhoods throughout Queens as well as Nassau and Suffolk in Long Island. He is a hard worker and team player whose perseverance, dedication and sharp negotiating have gotten him far professionally.

Coming from a real estate family who’ve been in the industry for over 20 years in the NY Tri-State, Dioni had a natural passion for the business early on. He ventured into the brokerage world armed with insider insight and an extensive background in hospitality/customer service where he excelled. His talent for interacting well with different types of people and personalities was honed serving in numerous client-centric roles including group sales, front office and concierge management.

A native of Jackson Heights where he still resides, Dioni studied Hospitality Management at NYC College of Technology in Brooklyn. He is fluent in English and Spanish, and is a proud father who is involved in PTA meetings at his daughter’s school.
