Sean Mahoney

Having lived in New York City for several years, it didn’t take long for Sean to discover the magic of the East End. Sean started his career as an elementary school teacher in Brooklyn and loved being involved in the community while working directly with families. After deciding to stay out East full time, he transitioned to a mortgage lending tech startup and gained experience with real estate transactions, assisting hundreds of clients with their personal finance goals. Sean has always loved design, architecture and lifestyle and realized there was no better crossover of those passions than real estate. Wanting to get directly involved in the community, this ultimately led him to The Atlantic Team at Douglas Elliman, top producing team in the Hamptons for over 12 years.

With experience as a mortgage lender during the hottest mortgage market of the past 15 years, Sean knows how to navigate home financing to balance home ownership and personal finance goals.
