Patience and fortitude are not just divine virtues; they are exceptional qualities for a professional realtor to possess, and Valerie wears them well.
Clients consider her an educator, a cheerleader, and their sounding board. They appreciate her attentiveness, dedication, negotiation tactics and personable demeanor; but in her opinion, she is just treating her clients the way she would want to be treated herself.
“I would want to know that my agent was in my corner – that she would hold my hand throughout the process, that I could trust her implicitly, and that she would defend my best interests until the end, and do it all with a smile!” That is the commitment she makes to each and every one of her clients.
The foundation of Valerie’s competence lies in her marketing, communications and training background. With a B.A. in English and a love of writing, she spent more than 20 years helping end-users understand and embrace the complexities of various technologies at advertising agencies Young and Rubicam and Grey Healthcare Group, where patience and fortitude were indeed a necessity!
Lower Westchester is Valerie’s world. She lives in New Rochelle, where she was born and raised, with her husband. She has two married daughters and is “Gigi” to four grandchildren who are the loves of her life.
Valerie enjoys Broadway musicals, dining out, cooking and traveling, and it was a dream come true for her to have lived in Rome, Italy. As a special perk, she’ll share some of the many delizioso recipes she’s brought back with her when she sells your next home. Pasta amatriciana anyone?
