Spar and I am motivated to help my clients find the right place to live, in the perfect setting for their current needs. On closing day, I want my
cliental to smile and feel satisfied they have reached their goal.

Long before I established myself as a real estate agent, I was a community leader on the south shore and north shore of Long Island
where I lived for over forty-five years. I learned early on how to take control of many situations and assess how I could be an asset.
After retiring from education, I decided to take the leap into residential real estate. As someone who enjoys listening and learning about
people, I had the ability to hone in on the needs of my clients some of which are bankers, members of the hi-tech sector, artists, doctors,
servicemen, skilled craftspersons and college students. I want all the people I work with to be comfortable so that their working relationship with me is calm and confident.

Over the years I have created bonds that go back several decades with many people. In my new endeavors, I am very proud to work
for Douglas Elliman. I have patience and integrity, a proven track record of negotiation skills, project management skills, and
problem solving. I am self-motivated, a networker, and responsive to people’s needs, as a friendly, trust-worthy, and hardworking professional.
