Edward Mulderrig

Edward Mulderrig has been intimately engaged in the Hamptons real estate market since 1999 when he first started investing in and developing luxury homes on the East End.  Edward has developed luxury homes in the estate sections of East Hampton and Southampton and Sag Harbor. He has also renovated historic structures and constructed green homes. Ed's knowledge of all sides of the real estate market from sales negotiation to land acquisition to construction methodologies give him invaluable insight into both the investor's perspective and that of the customer looking for their dream home. As a resident of the East End since 1999, he is also highly experienced in local permitting processes, including building code compliance, zoning and wetland regulations. Ed resides in Sag Harbor and is a pilot and avid sailor.
