A North Shore resident and luxury residential real estate specialist, Alison brings nearly 20 years of marketing and sales strategy experience to The Maria Babaev Team at Douglas Elliman. With demonstrated strengths in brokerage industry outreach, digital advertising, interior design and staging direction, and the coordination of public relations and events, Alison creatively delivers an integrated marketing approach for sellers and is also keenly sensitive to the expectations of the most discerning buyer clientele. Prior to joining The Maria Babaev Team, Alison held the position of Vice President at Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, directly supporting top broker teams in the marketing management of a multi-billion dollar portfolio of high-profile condominium properties in New York City.
Throughout her career, Alison has also worked in-house for industry leading organizations including Related Companies and Equity Residential, and therefore brings a valuable understanding of the owner’s perspective to all facets of her work. While with Equity Residential, Alison was responsible for directing marketing and branding activities for the company’s Northeast portfolio consisting of approximately 40,000 units, including new development projects. For three years prior, Alison served as Director of Marketing at Related, where in her position focused on acquisition marketing, she was assigned with the strategic planning of all marketing for the Related Rentals brand, the company’s luxury portfolio of rental properties in New York, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco. Throughout her work, Alison demonstrated significant expertise in creative campaign development, digital marketing, online lead generation and advertising performance analysis which contributed to the achievement of business goals for the portfolio.
Alison began her real estate marketing career at The Clarett Group, where over a seven year period she marketed seven luxury residential towers in New York City. At Clarett, having overseen the marketing of all developments from inception to sell-out, she was successful in building creative advertising campaigns and branding partnerships, launching new projects and planning publicity efforts and events. It was during this time that Alison developed the passion for real estate, design and creative marketing that she brings to her work today.
