Chen Fei-Schepsman

Chen Fei-Schepsman is a detail oriented, hard-working and knowledgeable Real Estate Salesperson. She was born and raised in China and came to United States when she was 18. Moving to another country at a young age, she quickly adapted the local culture and she’d love to share her own culture and the culture adopting experience with her customers. She has earned her Bachelor's degree in Marketing and International Business. After working for an International Sporting Merchandise company for a year, she decided to go back to school. She got into Hofstra University and achieved her M.B.A. degree, graduate with honors. Before she joined Douglas Elliman she was working as a luxury skin care sales manager at Bloomingdale’s. In order to help her customers better, she uses her spare time taking skin care courses to gather more knowledge. She has won the Best Business Manager of the Quarter. Her previous work experiences showed that she pays attention to customers’ needs, listens to customers and always find them the best solution.

Chen is Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese. She brings to real estate not only great enthusiasm and commitment, but keen interpersonal and management skills honed in her solid academic background.
