At the age of 20, I got my real estate license. My brother Eugene Francavilla had opened a real estate office in Hampton Bays, Premier Properties, and asked me to join him. I received my associate's degree in Suffolk Community College while working for an Ophthalmologist and enjoyed my position. However, I made the change and many years later, I am still in the real estate business.
I moved to Hampton Bays as a young child and my family owned and operated a motel/marina, which they built, Colonial Shores. We sold it in 1984 and it is still in operation. I was very social because operating a motel and working there with many diversified duties, including chambermaid, receptionist, dock mate, selling bait and tackle and helping my brother with his waterski school, put me in contact with many customers. Now after 35 years after the business was sold, I still run into guested that stayed there. It is very heartwarming.
I am married to a wonderful husband and have two great children. My experience in Real Estate is only matched by my love for my family. I try to treat my customers the way I would treat my own family, with empathy, encouragement and most of all passion. It is understood that my goals are your goals. My job is to hear you and put into motion your wants and likes. My business is mostly based on referrals from current and past customers, therefore, I am sure my approach is just right to help you find your new home, or sell your current home. I will be very excited to speak to you. At the closing my goal is to gain another happy customer and most of all, a new friend.
