Karen McCutcheon

A native and lifelong resident of Long Island, Karen has lived in both Nassau and Suffolk counties and knows both markets very well. She grew up in Long Beach and Garden City, and for the past 22 years has lived in Sayville and also has a home in Fire Island. “I absolutely love Sayville and the surrounding area. Where else do you have the quaint town, beautiful homes on treed lined streets, the beach and ferries to Fire Island, antique shops, craft fairs, and of course, the friendly people. There is nowhere else like it.”

Karen enjoys helping her clients find and sell homes in the communities she adores. She specializes in residential sales and rentals in the Sayville area and in Fire Island, where she spends most of her time. She easily connects with her clients and strives to understand their needs so they can have the most fulfilling real estate experience.

Prior to real estate, Karen enjoyed a successful business career for over 20 years. She holds a BA Degree in Business Management. Client service has always been her forte. Karen developed and launched a successful customer loyalty program for a national retailer during her time as a Marketing Director. “In order to be successful in any business, you must get to know your customer and understand their needs.”

She enjoys everything about it, whether road biking along with quiet back roads of the Hamptons, kayaking along the Nissequague River, paddle boarding in Huntington Harbor, walking along the beach in fire Island with her St. Bernard, Lucy, strolling the boardwalk in Long Beach or antique shopping along the picturesque streets of Sayville.
