Her first property was a very profitable venture: the purchase of small apartments on Perry Street in the West Village which she rented and sold at an incredible profit. She was also able to identify the appeal of Sag Harbor, and invested in properties there. Debora is currently developing a property in Sagaponack, and loves sharing her wealth of expertise with clients. Her extensive knowledge and connections in real estate, private banking and finance prove to be invaluable in facilitating seamless deals.
Catering to a discerning clientele, Debora specializes in luxury estates above $2 million. She has the ability to remain neutral, knows the inventory well, can research beyond what is published, plus understands trends and local laws. Having formed two thriving businesses, her entrepreneurial spirit affords her a unique drive and creativity in finding solutions.
A native of Argentina, Debora holds an Engineering Degree in Industrial Food Technology from UCA/UADE Argentina, a Post-Graduate Degree in Marketing from St. Andrews in Argentina, and a Certificate in Financial Risk Management from NYU. She is an avid potter, and member of The Clay Art Guild of The Hamptons where she sat on the board until 2014. Debora is also a yoga alliance-certified instructor with a passion for natural/health living. She volunteered for many years for the Town of East Hampton with the Adult Daycare Center, working with clay art and teaching meditation as well as yoga therapy
