Ben Greszes was born in Cuba and is fluent in 2 languages (English and Spanish). He married his Kindergarten sweetheart 42 years ago, and together, they have 3 beautiful children and 13 wonderful grandchildren.
Ben has more than 40 years of diversified experience in the real estate world. He earned a math degree from the City University of New York and exhibited strong negotiating skills throughout his accomplished business career. Additionally, Ben’s broad international background continues to play a role in his ability to quickly identify opportunities for clients, and it allows him to relate to all parties in a transaction so that he can resolve any complications that may arise. Over the years, Ben has demonstrated his capacity to evaluate properties efficiently, and he is able to provide insight into often complex pricing trends, explaining them to clients in a simple and straightforward manner.
Ben has many years of experience navigating the Manhattan co-op market, and he works hand-in-hand with his clients throughout the co-op approval process to ensure a successful outcome. Additionally, Ben is quite comfortable engaging in commercial office and retail negotiations, something which he enjoys and considers his specialty. Most importantly, Ben enjoys working with people, and he understands his clients’ perspectives in order to ensure their utmost satisfaction as he leads them through the high stakes of real estate negotiations.
Ben is on the Board of Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business, and is also on the Board of the Great Neck Synagogue.
Ben has dual residencies in Great Neck (Long Island) and Manhattan.
