Donna Flaherty

My love of homes and helping people fulfill their dreams for the future is what brought me to this business after many years in insurance liability claims. My background in claims gave me the experience to relate to others, to understand and address their needs. I felt I brought compassion to an otherwise very adversarial situation. I learned to investigate thoroughly, evaluate fairly and negotiate conflicts amicably. Not always an easy feat, but I feel blessed that I am usually able to put myself in someone else's position and their goals become my own. I bring these skills to real estate and do my best to make the process a smooth and rewarding one for my clients.
