I embarked on my real estate career in 2010 after a career as the CEO and president of a successful business. My former position brought me into contact with many people whose trust and honesty I came to rely upon and who, in turn, came to rely upon me for those same attributes in our personal and business relationships. It also refined my ability to navigate the pitfalls of negotiation and bring a deal to a conclusion satisfactory to all concerned.
Those years of experience have translated smoothly into my real estate career where trust, honesty, personal contact and negotiation play an absolutely critical role. I enjoy the give and take of the negotiating process and the challenge of overcoming (and sometimes avoiding) the obstacles that can derail the successful completion of a real estate transaction.
