Born into a family of developers in New York, I can't remember a time when I wasn’t involved in real-estate. I grew up helping build residential and commercial real-estate, and almost every home our family ever lived in as well.

I truly believe thinking outside the box provides more choices in real-estate, and more value. I see the "dimensional" value of real-estate - location, lifestyle, quality ,services, and amenities are what is most important, what it will be tomorrow, and for the future.

Almost all of my clients have multiple properties, and I feel it's a matter of investing and or lifestyle that makes us all motivated to move around a bit. I also think that it brings a feeling of happiness to find that right property and make the deal.
