Blink and another luxury high-rise may appear by the time you open your eyes. The Seaport District is far and away the fastest growing part of Boston, with more gleaming buildings and trendy restaurants opening all the time. Residents enjoy the lovely walk across Fort Point Channel to the Financial District, and strolling along Boston Harbor for water views galore. Pretty much everything is shiny, new, and modern, in sharp contrast to much of the rest of the city.
