David Fielder

David Fielder’s family has lived on Martha’s Vineyard for generations – and many family members have been real estate professionals for decades. It is fair to say David grew up in the business. He is passionate about where he lives and what he does and is deeply committed to helping his clients realize their objectives. Whether they are looking for a summer getaway, a year-round residence, an investment property, or a short- or long-term rental, David works to understand exactly what his clients want and get them to the desired outcome. Further, with his strong local ties and network of connections, he is able to help them find contractors, service providers, and – if they have purchased a home to rent – assist with securing seasonal tenants.

As part of The Gendreau Group at Douglas Elliman, David is also experienced in residential sales and rentals in Metro Boston. Recognizing that there is much overlap in the two markets, he sees his expertise and experience in both places as a tremendous advantage.

David takes a straightforward, matter-of-fact approach with his clients. From the first meeting to the handshake at the closing table, he is accessible, responsive, professional, driven by integrity, and highly professional. David resides on Martha’s Vineyard. When he is not working, he enjoys sports, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
