About Sofia
Sofia Bikos is thrilled to be joining the top-producing Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman’s Back Bay office. Energetic, reliable, honest, and upbeat, Sofia is dedicated to her clients and to ensuring that their real estate journey is seamless, stress free, and successful. And with the company’s impressive resources and expertise behind her, Sofia is confident she’ll make that happen.
“My client’s goal is my goal. I want them to love the home that we find together, and I want them to enjoy the experience. My job is, first and foremost, to listen and to understand what they want. And then it’s to educate them on the market in that locale – comps, trends, new developments on the horizon – so that they can make the most informed decisions.”
Prior to her career in real estate, Sofia worked in high-end jewelry sales. Her hobby is refurbishing old furniture. She has an eye for quality and a knack for design. Like spotting a diamond in the rough, she has vision and can picture potential in a property – and express how it can be transformed. This equates to a value-add for her clients.
A native and current resident of Swampscott, MA, Sofia has first-hand-insider knowledge about the north shore. Her clients find her insights about the sense of community, schools, and recreation – to list a few – extremely helpful as they navigate the increasingly competitive marketplace in those highly desirable towns. “I have grown up here, and I know what a special place it is. To live by the ocean, yet see Boston’s beautiful skyline in the distance, is simply the best of both worlds. I understand, first hand, what draws people here.”
Sofia attended Salem State University, where she earned a BA in history and education. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. She speaks fluent Greek, has experience working with individuals from other cultures, and is on hand to help her clients relocate and settle into their new community.
