A Massachusetts native, Tim currently splits his time between Chestnut Hill and Cape Cod and is a firm believer in Massachusetts real estate. Greater Boston has long been a hub for technology, finance, and higher education but with its urban appeal and dynamic career opportunities, it's no surprise Boston has been ranked a "Top 10 City" in numerous publications in 2020/2021. As the city continues to grow and thrive, exciting opportunities abound across new developments, investment properties, and luxury. Tim loves sharing his expertise and passion for the city with newcomers and natives alike and strives to help clients achieve their real estate goals.

A former investment banker in New York, Tokyo, and Hong Kong, Tim began his career identifying market trends and building relationships with hedge funds and asset managers. During that period, he prided himself on building a stellar reputation and an outstanding track record of transactions - all driven by building strong relationships with both clients and peers. While its imperative to understand market and inventory dynamics, he focuses on listening to his client's needs and offering full transparency to help them make the best decisions.

Tim holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Economics from New York University's Stern School of Business. He has over 11 years of investment banking experience with Goldman Sachs, Bank of America / Merrill Lynch, and Moore Capital Management. When he's not chasing after his two young boys, he loves golf, tennis, cooking and travel.
