Cassandra Svolis

Cassandra Svolis joined The Sarkis Group at Douglas Elliman in 2019 and brings a wealth of experience in new development sales and marketing to this high-profile team. As the sole sales agent for The Muse, a newly renovated building of studio, one, and two-bedroom loft-style units located at 63 Melcher Street in the heart of the Seaport’s Fort Point neighborhood, Cassandra handled more than $20 million in transactions. She was also part of the sales team for other exciting new developments in Boston, including 14 West Broadway, 232 Old Colony, and The Archer Residences.

Prior to launching a career in real estate, Cassandra spent three years as the Director of Marketing for an investment firm. That experience – coupled with her excellent communication and analytical skills – gives Cassandra an edge when crafting smart, creative, and innovative strategies for her clients looking to expedite a sale or purchase their dream home.

Cassandra prides herself on providing exceptional service to her clients. What that translates to is having comprehensive knowledge of her market, the ability to identify opportunities and assess value, and a fine-tuned attention to detail, good intuition, and a promise to be responsive and accommodating. “First and foremost, I aim to make the experience of buying or selling real estate a pleasant and comfortable one for my clients.”

A native of Massachusetts, Cassandra graduated from Lasell College with a degree in marketing. After living in New York City for six years, she moved to Boston, where she now lives. When she is not working, she enjoys the (many!) fine restaurants in her Beacon Hill neighborhood, collecting vintage furniture, spending time with her family, and traveling.
