Roy Bahnam

Roy Bahnam is a native Bostonian who started his career in residential real estate in early 2019 following his graduation from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. His passion for the city he loves, his knowledge of its unique neighborhoods and surrounding towns, and his commitment to putting the priorities and needs of his clients first and foremost, has made Roy a strong member of The Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman.

Roy is dedicated to helping his clients find the perfect property and, once they do, he is unwavering in his service as their advocate - working tirelessly through the negotiating process through to the end, when the transaction is complete. Understanding that renting, purchasing, or selling real estate can be complicated and stressful, Roy makes a point of being readily available, responsive, and committed to delivering a personalized, concierge level of assistance. In his free time, Roy enjoys working out, playing football, and spending quality time with his family and friends. He has maintained strong ties with Boston Latin School, where he attended high school, and is frequently in the stands cheering on the sports teams.
