Jesse Greenstein

A longtime resident of Greater Boston and lifelong New Englander, Jesse Greenstein considers the Boston, the Greater Boston Area and Martha's Vineyard his backyard. Not only does he have a comprehensive understand of the marketplace, but is familiar with the unique neighborhoods, towns, and communities and is able to offer sound advice and guidance to his clients - whether buyers, sellers, investors, and renters.

In 2016, Jesse joined Douglas Elliman; in 2018, he was recognized as Rookie of the Year. Since, he has been rewarded and challenged by his work. His client’s objectives become his objectives, and he is driven by his proactive approach and resourcefulness to work through any hiccups that may hinder a deal. Armed with keen negotiating skills, many connections, a strong network throughout Greater Boston & Martha's Vineyard, and the resources of Douglas Elliman, Jesse is consistently able to surpass his client’s expectations. Whether they are purchasing a studio in the South End, a penthouse in the Seaport, or a family estate on Martha's Vineyard, Jesse values the process day in and day out, and the experience with each and every client. And they know he is there for them.

Jesse’s passion for real estate is infectious, and he has been told by more than one client that he has made the (often laborious) process of buying or selling a home actually enjoyable.

When he is not working (which is rare!), Jesse enjoys spending time with friends and family, grilling, hanging on the beaches of Martha's Vineyard, hiking and camping, reading, and just about every water sport. He also enjoys snowboarding, and going out to eat.
