Karen Mansour has been with Douglas Elliman for over 25 years and has experience in all facets of brokerage, marketing, sales and new developments. Her experience and tenure has provided a strong force at Douglas Elliman Development Marketing in her role as Executive Vice President.

Karen’s significant portfolio of premium properties includes 15 East 69th Street, The Chatham, Grand Beekman, Grand Sutton, The Chelsea Stratus, 66 Leonard Street, One Kenmare Square, The Residences at 400 Fifth, 101 Leonard, The Beekman Residences, 301 East 50th Street, 30 E 31, 11 East 68th Street, 71 Laight and Reade Chambers, among a host of upcoming new developments now in the pipeline.

Ms. Mansour’s distinguished career in real estate development includes past affiliations with industry-leading organizations: The Related Companies, The Trump Organization, The Sunshine Group, Chelsfield USA, Bizzi & Partners, and most recently, with JD Carlisle, Ceruzzi Properties, Icon Realty Management, HFZ Capital, and LCOR. Karen is instrumental in shaping projects from the conceptual stage to final realization, and has proven her particular expertise in optimizing value for owners while also creating desirable properties that meet current and future market needs.
