Upper Manhattan
Encompassing the northern-most area of the New York City, New York borough of Manhattan, Upper Manhattan is a mostly residential area with a few tourist attractions. The area has a wide array of housing options for virtually any budget and has numerous schools, both private and public. Scattered throughout the residences are numerous parks and recreational areas for residents and visitors to the area to enjoy. Downtown
Downtown Manhattan, also known as Lower Manhattan, is a sublime borough located in the southernmost part of Manhattan, New York. Lively with culture, business and nightlife, Downtown Manhattan is a prime location for young professionals to stay and play. Home to the Financial District, the borough has seen an uptick in population due to the desire for an urban lifestyle. Comprised of industrial-like lofts, high-rise apartment communities and a thriving restaurant and shopping district, Downtown Manhattan is where it all began.
